Automate's three-year Product Performance Guarantee is the most generous in the
industry. If the vehicle is stolen within the first three years of purchase and
is deemed not recovered by the insurance company, Directed Electronics will pay
the vehicle's owner $2,500! Restrictions apply. All Automate systems are covered
by a three-year unlimited mileage warranty to the original owner of the original

Directed Electronics, Inc. will refund the amount of your comprehensive insurance
deductible (not to exceed $2500.00) to the original owner of an automobile (Motorcycles
are not covered) which is stolen while equipped with one of Directed's qualifying
security systems provided the following conditions are met.
