Connections are being deducted as the user performs actions
or the system sends alerts and notifications. Connections for Actions, Alerts
and Notifications are deducted as follows:

- Actions. 1 Action costs 1 Connection, except Continuous Track action which cost 7 connections. Connections are deducted only for actions that got completed.
- Alerts. 1 Alert costs 1 Connection.
- Notifications. 1 Notification costs 1 Connection.

For example if an end user has a Speed Minder alert set to
be forwarded to both his e-mail and cell phone that will cost him 3 connections
each time the Speed Minder event happens:

- 1 connection for the Alert.
- 1 connection for the Notification to an e-mail.
- 1 connection for the Notification to a cell phone.
